|
Greetings
from Vermont and
Deborah has now been living in the Loire Valley France for a year and she continues to enjoy the magic she has found there. She is exhibiting with Photofolies en Touraine in three exhibits this Autumn. These are each very different. Le Jardin Medieval is an outdoor exhibit in metal. The Revell Collection is her traditional split backgound imagery, the balance of yin and yang. Her third exhibit explores her work in porcelain with local artists Jean- Francois Chandellier and Celine Turpin, also other mediums of tile and wood. She is introducing a new line of work at The NY Gift Show called Au Printemps and La Robe De Mariage while she continues to expand her work with The Peabody Essex Museum, Salem, MA.
Chronicle Books (www.chroniclebooks.com) Emma’s Garden has sold extremely well and new imagery for boxed cards are in process. Deborah is also working on a new book about her experiences and love of France. The Art Group (www.artgroup.com) Has released its new line of Limited Editions and continues to expand it’s line of cards and posters. They license Tams to sell her work on fine bone china. Studio Vertu (www.studiovertu.com) is excited to take Deborah’s work to Europe and it will be introduced in Paris at Masion & Objet this September (www.studiovertueurope.com). She has added to her line of wall art in wood and metal and includes seven new sets of coasters. Licensing with Studio Vertu is Mar Che Designs applying Deborah’s imagery in pillows. Brag Bags (www.brag-bags.com) has many new images creatively made into handbags to introduce this season. Browntrout
